The amount and decoding of existing long-term liabilities as of the evaluation date;

Decoding of receivables (by separating bad debts, if any).

WHAT ARE THE SERVICE FEES AND TIME NEEDED FOR THE VALUATION?
It depends on the time needed for the valuation and the qualification of the valuers involved in the project and is defined individually according to the assignment.

I accompany the review process till the end with the potential user of the valuation report: the auditor, business owner, attorney, etc. The service fee includes one appearance in court
if the report is written for the litigation process.
